Lindsay Park
Executive Chef and General Manager
Lindsay was born and raised in Yakima. After graduation from Eisenhower High School, Lindsay attended the University of Washington and the Art Institute of Seattle. She spent time after culinary school at the Harvest Vine and Purple Café and Wine Bar in Seattle.
In 2008 Lindsay moved home and was part of the opening team of Tony’s Steakhouse before moving on to open Geppetto’s Italian Bistro. Lindsay moved on from Geppetto’s to Gasperetti’s, our town’s oldest fine dining restaurant. Lindsay moved on from Gasperetti’s in 2017 to begin the building process of Provisions with Brig and Susie Temple.
Provisions is Lindsay’s dream come true and has been a great adventure and she can’t wait to see what the future holds. Lindsay and Amy have been running Provisions together since the beginning. When not at the restaurant, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her wife Amy along with 3 kiddos, Devynn, Alecksander, Amiah and granddaughter Charlie.
Amy Park

Amy is married to her longtime love, Lindsay Park, who serves as both Executive Chef and General Manager. Together, they have raised three children and have on beautiful granddaughter. Amy places a strong emphasis on building and strengthening teams, ensuring that team members' needs and concerns are heard and supported. She is equally focused on understanding what the local community wants the restaurant and market highlight.
Amy thrives on change and creativity, so guests can always expect something new and exciting in the market. In addition to her market-driven approach, she is known for her attention to detail when it comes to special occasions, making each event feel thoughtful and unforgettable. If you're looking to elevate your next event, Amy enjoys collaborating to personalize every detail to your specific need and vision.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors and eating at new restaurants in the PNW.
Devynn
Market Team & Kitchen Assistance
Devynn is Amy and Lindsay's oldest daughter and has been with the team from the beginning. Her primary roles are as an expediter and market lead.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her sweet and sassy daughter, traveling to Tri-Cities to visit her best friends, anything crafty, and trying new restaurants or dishes at her favorite spots.
What Devynn loves most about working with the Provisions Team is being part of creating a place that our guests truly enjoy and want to return again and again.
Favorite menu item? It depends on the time of year. On our regular menu, the Buddha Bowl with GF chicken, but on our winter menu, it would have to be stroganoff.
Lindsey "Little"
Lead Server
Little has been a valued member of the Provisions team for seven years, serving as a lead server and playing a vital role in creating the welcoming experience guests enjoy during every visit. Outside of work, she loves watching sports year-round, cooking with her family and spending quality time together. Music is an essential part of her life-she begins each day listening to her favorite artists. One of her favorite ways to recharge is spending time on the Oregon coast, where she finds clarity and peace.
Little enjoys working at Provisions because it encourages her to be her genuine and authentic self.
Choosing a favorite menu item is tough for Little since she enjoys so many of them. If she had to narrow it down to a full meal, she’d start with goat cheese, followed by a medium-cooked steak with chimichurri sauce and enjoy a glass of Sheridan Mystique wine.
Amiah, daughter of Amy and Lindsay, has been with Provisions for four years as a host and market team member and has been part of the Provisions family since day one. She is captain of her school’s color guard team, a member of the National Honor Society, and a Running Start student at YVCC. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, creating art, and spending time with friends.
What Amiah enjoys most about working at Provisions is the strong connection she has with the entire staff.
Favorite menu item? Amiah loves the Buddha Bowl with salmon for its mix of bold flavors and textures.
David has been with Team Provisions for five years. He is our lead bartender as well as and endless amount of fun.
In his free time, David loves snowboarding and hiking whenever he can and loves to spend time with his dog Jameson. If there is a new adventure to be had, David is always the first person to try it and will typically do it the most fun way possible.
David's favorite thing about working at Provisions, are the regulars that have become friends, as well as meeting new people every day.
Favorite menu item? FRENCH ONION CHICKEN-it checks every box and is the perfect meal to have after a long day.
Michaela has been part of the Provisions team for three years, working as a server and assisting in the market. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, spending time with her family. She also loves to travel, try new foods and go bicycling.
Michaela’s favorite thing about working at Provisions is the customers. She loves being part of a team where she feels supported and enjoys working with food that’s so delicious, it practically sells itself.
Michaela finds it hard to pick a favorite menu item because everything is so good, but she would probably choose the Seabass. Every dish on the menu is thoughtfully crafted and exceptionally delicious.
Cat has been part of the Provisions team for three years, as part of the kitchen team as well as handling back-of-house shipments and organization. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner of ten years and their cat, Nala. She loves watching movies and TV and playing online games with her friends in Oregon. When she’s not doing that, she can usually be found hiking or crafting with her in-laws.
Cat’s favorite part of being on the Provisions team is having space to be creative and continue learning.
When it comes to the menu, Cat can’t go wrong with pizza of any kind.
Julia has been part of the Provisions team for three years working as a pizza and salad cook. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, crafting, hiking, skiing and capturing the beauty of nature through photography.
Julia enjoys working at Provisions because she gets to work alongside her boyfriend Baker, be part of a fun and inclusive environment and exploring and learning new things.
Her top pick on the menu is the steak with chimichurri, thanks to its rich flavor and the attention put into every bite.
